We have known Jay Balehowsky since 2010. We purchased our home in Diamond
View West Kelowna from Mr. Balehowsky. We were so impressed with his
construction skills that we hired him to build an extension to our house when we
bought the lot next door. Mr. Balehowsky designed and built a cabana, pool and
guest rooms that exactly matched the details and styles of the original house.
In 2023 we again engaged Mr. Balehowsky to do an extensive renovation of the main floor of the original house. Again Mr. Balehowsky designed and built a major improvement to our house.

We contracted Balehowsky Built to modify our driveway, front walkway and associated landscaping.
